WHAT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT, AND WHEN DO WE COLLECT IT?
INFORMATION WE NEVER COLLECT
We never collect the contents of customer business forms used with the Formotus service, nor is that information ever resident on Formotus-controlled servers, either at rest or in transit. Our service provisions customer devices with ‘blank forms’ only, while the ‘filled forms’ are transmitted directly to data store destinations the customer chooses, not to Formotus.
The Formotus website may contain links to other websites. Formotus is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites. Customers and visitors will need to check the policy statement of these other websites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked website may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.
