Subscription Changes: $20 Basic and Larger Team Plans

Formotus this week rolled out two significant changes to our subscription plans and pricing structure to better meet the needs of our customers.

Basic Plan is Now $20/month

We’ve lowered the price of our Basic plan to $10.

The Basic plan supports a single user and two devices for unlimited creation and submission of forms. Besides meeting the needs of small projects, this plan is suitable for extended investigation of Formotus capabilities and the development of proof-of-concept solutions. It also suits scenarios where pay-per-click using the Formotus Now app is more cost effective than paying for licensed users.

Features not included in the Basic plan include uploading InfoPath forms, querying online data sources, and promoting fields to show as columns in SharePoint lists and Google Sheets.

Team Plan No Longer Limited to 5 Users

We now support Team plan subscriptions for larger teams with up to 60 users.

The Team plan supports the needs of most customers with a simple monthly subscription model that requires no long-term commitment. There are no limits to the number of forms or frequency of submissions by licensed users of the Formotus Pro app.

The Team plan supports InfoPath forms, online queries that cache for offline use, and promoting form fields to columns in SharePoint and Google Sheets.

Enterprise Plan Not Changed

We haven’t made any changes to our Enterprise plan pricing this week.

Enterprise is our top-level plan with an innovative licensing structure that supports various user levels and offers volume discounts for prepaid licensing. Contact us for more info on Enterprise licensing.

The Enterprise plan supports every Formotus feature including advanced workflow forms, enhanced security, and administrative and reporting tools suitable for the largest organizations.
