Formotus mobile business applications are created using Microsoft Office InfoPath, the standard Office program for creating and filling out forms. No programming knowledge or development environment (xCode, Eclipse, etc.) is required.

InfoPath is included in some high-end Office suites, or it can be purchased online for around $200.  Its WYSIWYG interface for laying out the form design is similar to Word or a web page design program. A fully functional InfoPath form with a data scheme beneath and business rules applied is similar in complexity to a sophisticated Excel spreadsheet or an Access database.

If  you consider yourself a little technical and your requirements are not too complex,  you may well be able to create your own custom mobile business application using InfoPath.
